Richmond Street’s newest addition, BodyLove Inc. (aka BOLO) is pretty much our latest obsession. Not only can you get a kickass workout (we recommend trying boxing!) but post-class you need to hit up their cafe! With their delish selection of house smoothies, healthy eats, vegan snacks and their infamous bulletproof coffee, eating clean has never been so easy and so yummy! Our fave? Def the Ronda Colada smoothie!
Our fave East End clean eatery, Impact Kitchen, has blessed us with a spot on Adelaide near King West that’s all the decor goals and we couldn’t more thrilled. As a totally gluten free kitchen with vegan and paleo options, Impact is dedicated to serving up nourishing and delicious items of the highest quality. We’re obsessed with their Power Breakfast – the perfect way to fuel your day! Plus did you know they have a brand new juice menu complete with boosters and milks?!
A Toronto institution with locations all over the city, Fresh is known for their wholesome vegetarian and vegan eats. Their menu is filled with comfort food classics burgers and fries and tacos but you won’t miss the meat + dairy – trust us! We can’t get enough of their green juices + do not skip on their quinoa onion rings! Their new location on Front Street is legit GORG and there’s even a cocktail bar – yes that’s right, Fresh now serves cocktails so what are you waiting for?!
Summerhill’s prime organic cafe, Nutbar is all about sourcing local and high quality ingredients and creating delicious and unique dishes with them. Their ‘savoury’ toast consists of their vibrant house-made cashew butter topped with gorgeous slices of watermelon radish. This casual space is filled with natural light and with plants and wood accents, it’s one of the most stunning spots in the city!
Bolt Fresh Bar
Serving unique food to unique people is what Bolt Fresh Bar is all about. This West Queen West spot is known for their killer smoothies, salads and bowls that not only look gorgeous but taste amazing too! We also live for their Acai Parfaits that come complete with whipped coconut cream – can you say YUM?!
iQ Food Co.
With a menu that changes seasonally, you know that whatever you get at iQ Food Co. is fresh and even made from scratch in-house. We love that iQ is super passionate about sustainability and using local ingredients and it’s all proven with the delicious results! Plus with locations in the Financial District and Yorkville, you’re never too far away from good, clean eats in a gorgeous setting!
Kupfert & Kim
With locations throughout the downtown core is Kupfert & Kim and their Spadina location one of our go-to spots post Spinco. Their smoothies are always on point and you haven’t really lived if you haven’t tried their PB&J energy balls. We love that K&K is speedy with every order (a must for us since we’re always on the go) but it also makes for a fab workspace too!
A well known Toronto hot spot is Village Juicery and not only do they have numerous locations across the GTA but they also supply their juices, salads and more to various cafes to sell as well. In their own stores, we can’t get enough of the gorgeous minimalistic aesthetic but paired with their killer Kale Caesar salad? That’s a match made in clean-eating heaven!
Last but certainly not least on our list is Liberty Village’s own Garden Gangsters who are all about feeding your hustle. Using only prime quality ingredients to make their insanely good grain bowls and smoothies, this place has GOT to be on your radar!
