7 Canadian Fitness Influencers Share Their Favourite Smoothie Recipes

By Gracie Carroll

Navigating the world of smoothies at home can be more difficult than one might think. Especially if you’re aiming to make one that not only tastes delicious, but will do you body, mind and muscles some good. Since there’s nothing more upsetting than making a homemade smoothie full of expensive ingredients that ends up being nothing but unappetizing, we turned to the pros (aka 7 of our favourite Canadian fitness influencers) for their favourite smoothie recipes that we can all make at home. Aside from their beautiful feeds and super hot bodies, one thing these fitfluencers all have in common–in terms of their smoothie choices at least–is that they love protein-packed and veggie-filled smoothies.

Keep reading for 7 of their favourite smoothie recipes!

This badass boss babe is the owner of the BOLO Inc. in Toronto which happens to be a favourite spot of #TeamE7’s for getting our sweat on in the gym, and getting some work done in their gorgeous cafe space. There’s seriously nothing better than rewarding yourself with a delicious smoothie from the BOLO Bar after a killer workout, and Caleigh was generous enough to share one of her favourite recipes that you can make at home or order next time you’re at BOLO. See below for how to make it:

Beautiful and proudly booty-full, Beverley is one of our go-to sources for online and IRL workouts thanks to her amazing workout videos and the weekly classes she hosts in Toronto. We especially love that Bev is never afraid to share her love for drinking and junk food, but keeps herself in check throughout the week with a clean, lean and pescatarian diet. Here Bev has shared her recipe for her favourite protein filled smoothie bowl:

Bev’s Chocolate Almond Smoothie Bowl

“I LOVE my smoothie bowls so much, and have this particular one almost all the time. I’ll have it for dinner. I’ll have it as a pre-dinner when I’m SO HUNGRY that I need fuel just to make dinner. I’ll have it for breakfast, I’ll have it for lunch. I’ll have it for a snack. It works for every occasion.” – @BeverleyCheng
