Navigating the world of smoothies at home can be more difficult than one might think. Especially if you’re aiming to make one that not only tastes delicious, but will do you body, mind and muscles some good. Since there’s nothing more upsetting than making a homemade smoothie full of expensive ingredients that ends up being nothing but unappetizing, we turned to the pros (aka 7 of our favourite Canadian fitness influencers) for their favourite smoothie recipes that we can all make at home. Aside from their beautiful feeds and super hot bodies, one thing these fitfluencers all have in common–in terms of their smoothie choices at least–is that they love protein-packed and veggie-filled smoothies.
