7 Outfit Ideas That Are Perfect For All Of Your Holiday Zoom Parties

By Blair Stutz

All dressed up and nowhere to go no more! Just because we’re not attending all our usual holiday parties, that doesn’t mean you can’t get dolled up for a virtual one. This year we’re going to have to get creative and that means Zoom dinners and parties will be the way. If your closet needs a bit of a refresh, don’t worry because we have you covered with these goodies that’ll have you looking fierce. Plus, you can totally wear sweatpants underneath — we won’t judge.

A Sharp Blazer

You can never go wrong with a fierce blazer and this double-breasted one from Dynamite is a clear winner. Its shimmery effect is understated and it’ll be comfy to wear with a t-shirt or cami and a pair of jeans (or sweats.)

A Comfy Caftan

Caftans aren’t just for summer you know! Make your fave Sidia caftan work for winter and layer it up with a turtleneck or sweater. Honestly, nothing is comfier than a breezy caftan that feels more like a chic night-dress. Clothes that also work as PJs are the way to go —who said you can’t have your cake and eat it too?

A Sexy Cami

Looking fierce from the waist up has never been so easy thanks to this sexy cami from Reformation. Its chic colour and trendy ruching are giving us all the ‘90s vibes and we’re so here for it. Pair it with a few gold necklaces, a red lip, and you’re ready to roll!

A Cozy Cardigan

If you’re hosting a holiday bash from home, you need to know that nobody expects you to pull up in a ball gown. Stay cute but look pulled together in this G Label cardigan. Its puffed sleeve gives what could be a nana cardi, a fresh update. It can be worn with any type of pants you like from sweats to trousers.

A Sequin Dress

What would the holidays be without sequins? Another fab option for your virtual get-togethers is this sequin dress from Joe Fresh. Its t-shirt shape keeps you comfortable but its glimmer keeps it festive.

A Blazer Dress

If you still want to bring the fashion to your holiday bashes, then allow us to introduce you to this blazer dress from Hilary Macmillan. Its gorgeous cognac colour is a welcome change from the basic Christmas hues we often see. Wear it open like a suit jacket or done up to show a little skin.

A Chic Pullover

When we think pullover, we immediently think hoodie but this version from Club Monaco couldn’t be any different. Its oversized fit is so trendy but that means it’s extra comfy, yet still appropriate to wear to a Zoom party. Pair it with sweats for now but in future years, you could wear it with a satin skirt or proper trousers for when we actually leave the house again.
