Adidas and Peloton launched an apparel collection on March 25, with its SS21 collection of performance wear and lifestyle pieces. This collection marks the start of an ongoing Adidas x Peloton ongoing international partnership. Peloton, the leading fitness platform, together with Adidas’s legacy in co-creation, further fosters a sense of community and acceptance while empowering people to be the best version of themselves.
“During a time [when] we are not able to be physically together, we have an incredible opportunity to help grow connected communities and continue to support people as they build their new fitness journeys at home,” said Aimee Arana, General Manager of Global Training at Adidas.
Peloton instructors Robin Arzo?n, Ally Love, and Cody Rigsby guided the design process to help develop a co-creation model. The teams worked to produce styles and fits rooted in inclusivity. They also crafted quality performance technology for high-energy workouts and comfort for relaxed recovery days. This Adidas x Peloton SS21 collection marks Peloton’s first-ever instructor-designed global-level collaboration.
“Our members are at the heart of everything we do at Peloton,” said Jill Foley, VP of Apparel at Peloton. “Collaborating with Adidas to create something truly unique to unite our respective communities has been so rewarding, especially during a time when we’re all craving a sense of connection.”
The colorful line of apparel sits at the intersection of performance and vibrancy. It also gives a nod to the ’90s attitude, featuring bold, neon hues and inspirational text graphics. The collection also includes a range of sizing from XS to 2X and designs spanning men’s, women’s, and unisex styles. The 11-piece collection spans from tanks to hoodies, shorts to joggers, and sports bras. All of these are at a reasonable price ranging from $45 to $100 CAD.
