“I’m a collector of many things, and most likely the first thing you would notice upon walking into my home is my collection of Dutch ovens. Although I regularly look up lovingly at my colourful collection that lines the tops of my cupboards, I also regularly think that I have way too many. But! That certainly doesn’t stop me from lusting after every colour I don’t have. Enter this season’s latest colour from Staub: The White Truffle. Best to be admired at Zwilling’s new official flagship store that just opened at CF Marville Mall where foodies who love to cook can shop all of the coveted products from the entire Staub range to the best Henckels knives all under one roof.” – @GracieCarroll

Ouid herbal smoking blends have been helping me stay centered during this holiday mayhem. They’re organic herb blends you can just mix some into your dry flower for a little more of a robustly herbacious experience. The Relax blend is my favourite – it’s got lemonbalm, chamomile, and catnip. Rolling a joint with these makes for such a relaxing ritual.” – @Kait_Fowlie

Claudia Day’s Heartbreaker should be on everybody’s must-read list for the holidays. Aside from the fact that I have a bit of an obsession with cult-based novels (shoutout to Emma Cline’s The Girls), Claudia’s quirky narration style and complex characters hooked me right from the first chapter.” – @JordanaColomby

Recently I’ve had the opportunity to test out a new beauty brand to Canada, Catrice. Available at Shoppers Drug Mart, the whole range of products can be purchased from as low as $6.99 and the highest-priced item (a gift set) is marked at $19.99. So honestly, it really is budget-friendly. I have been using the Catrice x EMAN collection palettes in my day-to-day makeup looks as of late, more specifically, the blush and highlighter palettes, which costs $14.99 each. Both the highlighter and blush are super pigmented, but the highlight delivers a shimmery glow with just the right amount of bronze. The fact that they have replaced some of my top-name brands for everyday wear, speaks volumes!” – @AmaScriver

“Now who doesn’t love to support a local female-run company? And how about one that’s making some pretty incredible natural beauty products too? With soaps, soaks, salves, and sticks of different scents and purposes, Inspired Soap Works is a perfect addition to the holidays and changing of the seasons. Give your skin some serious love from hand-crafted products with clean ingredients, without all of that toxic junk contained in a lot of other conventional brands. My personal favourites are the Foot Rescue Salve and the Lavender Balsam Salve, in both the big and small sizes so I can keep one in my bathroom and the other in my purse! If you’re up for a detoxifying soak, try the Dead Sea Salt Cleansing Body & Foot Soak. Not only do these products leave your skin feeling nourished with the benefits of the essential oils, but you’ll smell absolutely divine too!” – @CatherinesCabinet

“After what feels like forever of not being able to get through a book, I’m finally back on my regular reading schedule and enjoying all things easy reads—particularly thrillers or romance. Currently at the top of my TBR pile is Rachel Winters’ debut novel Would Like to Meet. It follows cynical film agent Evie Summers as she tries to prove that you can fall in love like they do in the movies… but with some missteps, of course. It’s full of forced meet-cutes and all kinds of cheesy moments that I love about the modern romance genre. I’ve already added this to my holiday wish list and plan to curl up and devour this in between gatherings and Netflix rom-coms, with cookies (and wine) in hand.” – @AshKowapizzi

“As someone who loves skincare, you might be surprised to learn that some mornings, I absolutely drag my heels on washing my face. Yes, I know — insert gasps and jaw drops. However, once I got my hands on This Works Morning Expert Multi-Acid Pads, my world was changed. These powerful pads not only help wake up your skin, but they’re a fabulous chemical exfoliation that preps the skin beautifully for makeup. What could be better?” – @BlairAlex
