And what’s a gathering without a delicious glass of holiday cocktail you can enjoy with the (grown-ups) of the family? Whether you’re entertaining family or friends or both during your Thanksgiving dinner, this festive, smoky cocktail recipe will be a sure hit and conversation starter!
Phoenix Gibson Thanksgiving Cocktail Recipe
What You Need:
Dried orange zest
0.25 oz barrel-aged amontillado Sherry
1.75 oz REN Ultra-Premium Vodka
0.25 oz lactofermented fig & Cascara Berries Pickle Juice
0.25 oz homemade herb and Provence salted Cordial
Oil of Lemon Zest
What To Do:
Smoke figs with applewood chips, lime husks, and dried orange zests.
Blitz the figs with the 1 oz vodka.
Infuse 1 hour at room temperature (souse vide) and strain.
Spin through a centrifuge and collect the liquid.
Stir all remaining ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with lemon zest.
Serve the cocktail and enjoy this Thanksgiving!
