By Blair Stutz

Let’s face it: nothing makes us feel more polished or put together than rocking a monochromatic look. Not only is it so insanely trendy right now, but, it just looks So. Damn. Good. That’s why this week’s #Stylebook is centred around 7 monochromatic outfits we’ve spotted on these style stars. Gone are the days of wearing all black to appear slimmer and enter the days of wearing head-to-toe monochrome because these lewks are bright and as far as we’re concerned, oh-so-right!

Keep reading for 7 mega chic monochromatic outfits!

Clean And Bright

Ada Oguntodu

Winter white can be quite the challenge to not only wear but also to not spill on but Ada here makes it look as easy as pie. Her cozy white sweater paired with cropped trousers looks so gorgeously clean and crisp and we’re officially obsessed. Her choice to not wear a white shoe was a wise one as it provides some contrast and definition to the look as well!

Pink Lady

Alexis Honce

Giving all the brightness that we’re currently gasping for this winter is on-air style superstar Alexis and this outfit is hitting all the right notes. A simple skirt and sweater appears so minimal and effortless but wear them in punchy colours and you have yourself a fashion winner. Her outfit could easily read too girly but rocking a pair of white sneakers adds a casual touch.

Baby Beige

Eva Chen

While some might stay away from all things beige, we have mad respect for our girl Eva for running straight towards it. What could be drab for others seriously looks amazing on her and if you have the right frame of mind (think camel!), you can pull it off no problem. Her wide leg trousers look so chic and comfy and paired with those chunky runners and sweater, this outfit is a serious fashion moment!

Red Letter

Jessie Bush

Wearing head-to-red is a real fashion commitment and we’re giving serious props to Jessie for not only giving it a go, but slaying too. Not only is this photo brilliant for being taken next to a bright red British mailbox but the shade of red looks positively fierce on her. We love the way she styled her red sweater and has it tied diagonally across her and don’t even get us started on those major boots!

Orange You Glad

Kellie Brown

Think you can’t wear a full orange look? Think again. Style star Kellie proves that you can pull off any trend or colour as long as you’ve got confidence and that’s why we totally love her. This punchy outfit has us longing for brighter days and it’s exactly the kind of personality we look for when we’re getting dressed in the AM. One small detail we love in this ensemble is how she’s pulled up her socks – it’s so simple but it totally gives the outfit a cool streetwear vibe.

Rosie Tones

Liv Judd

As a Toronto fashion star, Liv knows how to rock a statement monochromatic suit like it’s no big deal and this crushed velvet rose gold number is cool AF. We love how she completed the look with simpler shoes because there’s a lot going on already but adding in a fun graphic clutch gives that feminine pantsuit a touch of edge that kicks it up a notch!

Day Glo

Natasha Nyanin

Wearing bright orange is a style risk itself but rocking it head to toe is a statement and isn’t for the faint of heart. Natasha’s confidence shines through and not only is her #ootd ticking all the boxes for us but that shade of orange looks so beautiful with her skintone. Here’s hoping our days are as bright as this ensemble!

Happy Shopping!
