Carbon Bar has released their Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu ($85 per person) that promises an indulgent meal that includes the Pit Master platter, hot smoked salmon, King Fish Ceviche, Burnt Basque Cheesecake and more. Where To Go:
Beyond the walls of construction, you might be surprised to find the quaint mini-mall that’s currently being developed on the lower level of Union Station. At least, we were, and we were especially thrilled to spot retail locations from some of our local favourites such as Peace Collective, Greenhouse Juice Co., and CXBO Chocolates. The CXBO team let us know that their Union Station pop-up will only be there until the end of February so get your tush over there to purchase your chocolates before they’re gone! Trust us, you don’t want to miss the limited edition Valentine’s Day specials they’ve created this year.

Every since SPINCO opened their new downtown location in Toronto, we’ve been totally obsessed. To celebrate Heart Health Month in February, SPINCO locations across Canada with be donating the proceeds from their Spin-it-Forward classes on Mondays at 6:30pm to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
