Olay ultra rich moisturizer review

If you think hydrating creams are reserved for your granny’s vanity, girlfriend, you’re wrong. It’s never too early to start enhancing your skin routine to slow your skin’s natural ageing process, and if you’re currently in your thirties, then you best be starting today. Like, right now.

Figuring out an anti-ageing skin routine that’s best for your skin type may seem daunting, but it really isn’t. In fact, even just replacing your daily moisturizer with souped up version for all of your anti-ageing needs, can make a huge difference and may be all the change you need (for now).

So where do you begin? Well, for starters, let’s look at the stats. Most notably, the stats from the famous #RedJar that sells 20 jars per minute around the world. The ever popular anti-ageing face cream that is loved by countless women around the world is none other than the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream that was first launched back in 2007.

But does one great cream work for everyone? Not necessarily, which is why Olay has formulated a red jar for everyone with the expansion of the Olay Regenerist Red Jar collection that now includes the classic Micro-Sculpting Cream, Whip SPF25 and the newly launched Ultra Rich Moisturizer.

For our latest #WeTriedIt review, we put the new collection to the test with help from our Editor-in-Chief, Gracie Carroll, and a couple of her fabulous friends, Joelle Anello of @LaPetiteNoob and Medge Beauvoir-Yellowlees of @MyVoguishDiaries. Keep reading for their reviews!

The Product: Olay Regenerist Ultra Rich Face Moisturizer

The Price: $39.98/50ml

The Review: “Although I have combination skin, my skin is always quite dry and I’m constantly searching for ways to give it the moisture and hydration it needs. I love that the Olay Regenerist Ultra Rich Face Moisturizer features a special shea butter blend that provides long-lasting moisturization in a rich and creamy texture that instantly hydrates to visibly renew and firm skin. I’ve found that some rich creams take too long to absorb but the Ultra Rich absorbed quickly and left my skin feel super soft and hydrated within seconds. If you’re looking for a luxe and rich cream to add to your routine, especially at an affordable price, this is it!”

Joelle - Olay Whip SPF25 review

The Product: Olay Regenerist Whip SPF25 Face Moisturizer

The Price: $38.98/50ml

The Review: “I’ve been using Olay Regenerist Whip SPF25 moisturizer for a few years now, and I love it! It’s got a super light texture and actively hydrates to improve skin and elasticity thanks to its powerhouse formula of niacinamide, peptides and glycerin. Plus, it provides sun protection, which is perfect for a simple routine that can keep up with chasing my toddler around outdoors.

The Product: Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream Face Moisturizer

The Price: $34.98/50ml

The Review: My skin can always use a an extra boost of hydration and the Olay Regeneist Micro-Sculpting Cream has been a godsend! It’s helped me battle dry skin and I love that I can use it all year round. This cream is packed with ultra hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and amino-peptides and the epic combo always leaves my skin feeling hydrated, firm and dewy. Honestly, you just can’t beat this product and this price especially since it hydrates better than some of the $400 face creams that are out there!
