It’s almost National Caesar Day! This Thursday, May 20, bring out a glass, pour out a bottle of vodka, and make yourself (and your friends and family too) a Caesar mix.

Lucky for us, dear Edit Seven readers, La Presserie shared their elevated recipe on Caesar mix, using their spicy and robust cold-pressed Tomato Orange juice. The juice—made with pink Himalayan salt, red chili pepper, and lime—is a bright and lively addition to your traditional Caesar base. Top the drink with a “so-fish-ticated” garnish, and you’re sipping your beach day-in-a-glass on your patio, balcony, or backyard.

La Presserie’s “Playing With Fire” Caesar Mix Recipe

What You Need:

3 oz La Presserie’s Tomato Orange premium cold-pressed juice

1?4 oz Worcestershire

1?4 oz Liquid smoke

1.5 oz Vodka

Spicy rimmer

Lemon wheel

Jumbo shrimp or lobster claw (to garnish)

What To Do:

Wet rim of the glass with a lemon wheel and rim with spicy rimmer.

Add juice, Worcestershire, liquid smoke, and vodka to glass and stir.

Garnish with lemon wheel and the seafood of your choice.
