Thai Hom Mali Vegetable Tofu Stir Fry Recipe

What You Need:

Hom Mali Rice Vegetable Tofu Stir Fry 

14 oz block firm tofu

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Thai Hom Mali Rice

Chopped green onion (optional for serving)


3 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sriracha

1 tsp rice wine vinegar

2 tsp cornstarch

2 tbsp water

What To Do:

Pat tofu with paper towel to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.

Steam broccoli until fork-tender.

While broccoli steams, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, then add tofu and garlic powder.

Cook until tofu is golden on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Turn the heat down to low, and add in broccoli. Pour in the sauce, and stir until tofu and broccoli are coated.

Remove from pan and serve over cooked Thai Hom Mali Rice!

Add chopped green onion and sesame seeds, if desired.

Serve and enjoy!
