Summer, is that you? After many months of waiting, we’ve finally got a weekend forecast that’s full of nothing but gorgeous weather and we couldn’t be happier about it! What better way to celebrate than with an icy treat to keep you cool while you (happily) adjust to the warmer temps? Here we’re sharing a yummy homemade popsicle recipe that’s not only healthy and delicious, but full of beauty benefits too thanks to the inclusion of Sproos Collagen! In fact, we’re sharing this recipe straight from them because we couldn’t have made it any better ourselves.

STRAWBERRY MANGO COLLAGEN POPS

What You Need: 

  •  ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 scoops grass fed or wild-caught Sproos collagen
  • 1 ripe large mango cut into chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • Juice of one lime
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

What To Do:

Simply blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Pour into any popsicle mold and freeze until solid. Both recipes will make 4-6 pops so you can easily prepare and enjoy!
