Then take her bevvy of choice to the next level with this seasonal twist on a gin and tonic from our friends at Victor Restaurant in Toronto.
Don’t worry, although this beautiful pink cocktail involves rhubarb (which is in season right now, and grows in Ontario) there’s no fancy juicing or cooking involved to incorporate it. In fact, all you need are some rhubarb bitters to help this pretty drink come to life!

What You Need:
- 1oz Beefeater gin
- 1/2 Whitley Neil
- 1/2 cocchi
- 1/2 lime
- 2 dash rhubarb bitters
What To Do:
- Combine all ingredients and mix before pouring into a glass over ice.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit for an extra punch of pink!
- Serve & Enjoy
