What To Make: Yummy Frozen Keto Fudge Pops Recipe

We recently featured the Strawberry Mango Collagen Popsicles from our friends at Sproos Collagen and have quickly become seriously obsessed! What could be better than an icy cool sweet treat that can provide welcomed beauty benefits (like hair and nail growth) while you enjoy it? Well, the only thing better that we could think of is a chocolate version, which is why we’re sharing their yummy Frozen Keto Fudge Pops for this weekend’s what to make recipe! Keep reading for how to make them:

What You Need:聽

路聽聽1 x 13.5 ounce can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk

路聽聽2 x scoops Sproos Grass Fed or Wild-Caught Marine Collagen

路聽聽1/3 cup raw cacao powder, or cocoa powder

路聽聽Stevia to taste (if you鈥檙e not worried about keeping this recipe keto, feel free to add honey or maple syrup, like the Strawberry Mango recipe.)

路聽聽陆 avocado

路聽聽1 tsp pure vanilla extract

路聽聽Pinch sea salt

What To Do:

Simply blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Pour into any popsicle mold and freeze until solid. This recipes will make 4-6 pops so you can easily prepare and enjoy!
