CEDER’S Alt Gin is now available in Canada
Whether you opted to take part in #SoberOctober this month or not, it’s never too late to discover new non-alcoholic alternatives to introduce to your lifestyle, or your friends and family. Personally, I remember how difficult I found the adjustment to be while I was pregnant, and I really wished it had been easier to ‘take part’ in the fun with something a little more exciting than a sparkling water. This month has reminded me that I can still indulge in the ritual of relaxing with a great cocktail in hand, even if it’s a mocktail. Ceder’s On The Beach
Ingredients
65ml CEDER’S Wild
50ml Cranberry juice
5ml Melon Syrup
7.5ml Lemon juice
Method
Build in glass – pour all ingredients into the base and stir to combine.
Add cubed ice to fill and stir gently to chill, and top with more ice if required.
Cederberg Brew
Ingredients
50ml CEDER’S Crisp
25ml Jasmine Tea (cold)
10ml Elderflower cordial
10ml Lime juice
Method
Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Ceder’s Collins
Ingredients
50ml CEDER’S Crisp
10ml Lime juice
10ml Elderflower cordial
5 Droplets Rosemary Non-Alcoholic Bitters
Top with Soda water
Method
Build in glass – pour all ingredients (except soda water) into glass and stir to combine.
Fill glass with cubed ice, top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with rosemary and mint sprigs.
Deep In The Valley
Ingredients
50ml CEDER’S Classic
40ml Red Grape Juice
15ml Orange juice
8 Droplets Tonka Bean Non-Alcoholic Bitters
Method
Build in glass over cubed ice and stir gently to chill.
Garnish with a thick orange twist.
Disarmed 75
Ingredients
50ml CEDER’S Classic
10ml Lemon juice
10ml simple syrup
Top with Sparkling White Grape Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients (except sparkling grape juice) with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled flute.
Top with sparkling grape juice and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lemon twist and a cocktail cherry on a cocktail stick.
Ceder’s Stinger
Ingredients
65ml CEDER’S Crisp
10ml Lemon juice
5ml Gomme
12-14 Mint leaves
Method
Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into chilled coupette – garnish with a large floating mint leaf.
Smokey Wild
Ingredients
65ml CEDER’S Wild
50ml Pineapple juice
10ml Ginger Cordial
2.5ml Winter spiced syrup
5 Droplets Oak Smoke Non-Alcoholic Bitters
Method
Dry shake all ingredients, then follow with a brief wet shake over cubed ice.
Fine strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with a sage leaf surrounded by 3 drops of oak smoke bitters.
