As someone who isn’t so sure about all these “national” days that are constantly popping up on Instagram, one that I can get behind is National Relaxation Day that’s on August 15. After a stressful few months of continuous COVID news flashes, quarantine, and social distancing, it’s never been more crucial to carve out some self-love time. If you’re looking for a few new ways to treat yourself this weekend, then keep on reading!

Here are 7 ways to chill and relax in honour of National Relaxation Day!
